Bag kickers are belt conveyors designed to automatically “kick” a bag from an upright position to a horizontal bottom-first position at 90 degrees from the bag filler.

Bag kickers are adjustable to work with bags of various shapes and sizes and are typically positioned after the bag filler and before a bag flattener. Designed for heavy-duty bagging applications where bag sizes are up to 60 kg. Designed specifically for use with flat belt conveyor systems, this pneumatic bag kicker system is available in a right of left format. The kicker requires two additional feet of conveyor length.
