Alligator Automations Plans $7.5 Million Expansion Across Russia & CIS | ET Manufacturing
Alligator Automations has been featured in ET Manufacturing for its strategic plans to invest $7.5 million over the next three years to strengthen its presence across Russia and the wider CIS markets. The expansion is aimed at building a long-term automation presence in the region as industries increasingly seek reliable engineering expertise, advanced automation systems, and lifecycle customer support.
As part of the expansion strategy, Alligator Automations plans to strengthen local manufacturing support, customer service, and regional marketing capabilities in Russia, while continuing to keep India at the core of its engineering and manufacturing operations. The company also plans to increase exports from approximately 20% of revenue currently to around 40% over the next three to five years, with Russia and CIS expected to become an important contributor to its international business.
The ET Manufacturing feature also highlights Alligator Automations’ growing focus on AI-enabled automation, software-led innovation, smart manufacturing, and scalable automation solutions as the company works toward building a stronger global footprint in industrial and end-of-line packaging automation.
